Prior to purchasing the new 2209's I'd like to know if the TMC2209 modules are identical in terms of UART/StandAlone functionality ? On the Fysetc 2208 V1.2, you have the typical 3-pad-selection jumper which needs to be closed depending on what control board you're using and where that board expects the UART signals. The TMC2208 1.2 "as is" is set up for Standalone/Dumb mode. Is the situation the same on the new TMC2209 ? If so, where's the jumper that needs to be closed as the pictures I've seen so far aren't clear where or even if the Fysetc TMC2209 has this same jumper selection. IF the TMC2209 would be "UART enabled" as standard out of the box status, how do I change it back to Standalone/dumb mode if so required ?
