I have corexy type 3D printer and I am using fysetc TMC with MKS Gen l v1, 1/16 microstepping in standalone mode. If I try to move axis above 183 mm/s everything starts to vibrate and produce weird noise (like chattering or rattling). Even when I remove my belts from motors it is producing the same noise so it is not a mechanical problem as I thought. When I switch to A4988 or TMC2100 there is not that weird sound, and the printer can achieve much faster speeds. I even combined A4988 and TMC2208 and it works fine, so only when two TMC 2208 drivers are in pair the vibration is present.
