I am trying to wire the MINI12864 Neopixel on an ANET board. Is that possible ? Are the PIN identical to 12864 screen ?

You mean ANET v1.0? Sorry , we don't have the ANET board schmetatic. But we will have a try.
ANET v1.0 only has EXP1 and cannot be supported temporarily
